Sleaford Self Store is a storage facility which offers do-it-yourself storage space for members of the public and businesses to rent on a weekly basis. We offer individual storage containers to rent for as long or short a period as you require.
You keep your belongings in a dry, clean and secure storage space and you choose the size of your self storage unit and the rental period (subject to a minimum hire period of 4 weeks) 24 hour access, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
Storage is in new steel containers with boarded flooring and roof foam insulation. All containers are fitted with high security padlocks and patented keys.
CCTV cameras are in operation 24 hours a day. Our security monitoring system tracks all movements in and out for extra security and peace of mind allowing our customers the freedom of unrestricted access.
Drive your car or van right up to your storage unit. It could not be easier. No parking restrictions, stairs or lengthy walks, we offer the convenience of being able to load/unload straight into your hired unit.
Our storage units are available for inspection at anytime during working hours, however we would ask that you call prior to ensure we have empty units available.
Storage Details and Pricing
- Prices are based on the size of the container.
- We ask for one month’s rental in advance plus a fully refundable deposit equivalent to four weeks rental.
- On termination of the contract all unused rental is refunded assuming the container is left empty, clean and undamaged and the key and gate fob are returned.
- We will require two forms of identification.
- For domestic users a photo-
identity such as a passport or driving licence and a recent utility bill to confirm the address. - For commercial users a letter of authority from the company.
